Ohio's Polymer Industry Workforce consists of over 140,000 skilled employees. 

9,400 individuals manufacture rubber and plastic resin products for 39 foreign owned companies that have subsidiaries and joint ventures in Ohio.

Ohioans employed in the plastic and rubber industry earned above average salaries.
